Notifications

Notifications are targeted events that happened to your work while you were away: your query was answered, your answer was rejected and the query reopened, a query was closed, a query was assigned to you. Every notification links straight to the place of the event.

The bell icon lives in the top bar; the number on it shows how many notifications you have not read yet. Clicking it opens the latest notifications:

  • clicking a notification marks it read and opens the form or query page it refers to;
  • “Mark all read” clears the counter;
  • “All notifications” opens the full page with the list and an “unread only” filter.

By default notifications are duplicated by email — so an event reaches you even when you are not in the system. The email carries no clinical data: only the query number, the subject code and a link. You can turn the emails off (per category) in the “Notifications” section of your profile; the in-app bell keeps working — it is a work queue, not a mailing list.
