Reports
The Reports screen is the study’s operational summary: at a glance you see where enrollment
stands, how data entry is going, how many queries are alive and how old they are, how SDV is
progressing, signature coverage, and whether any locks are in force. It opens from the study page
(/studies/{studyId}/reports).
This is reporting only: the screen changes nothing — it merely aggregates already-collected clinical data. The source of truth stays the same: the forms, queries, signatures, and locks themselves. That is why each tile is not a dead end but an entrance: a click takes you straight into the working zone the number came from.
Metric tiles

Query aging
Section titled “Query aging”A separate panel breaks alive queries (open and answered) down by age — the number of days since opening. This is exactly the metric an audit asks about: not “how many queries in total” but “how many of them have been sitting too long”.

Closed and cancelled queries do not enter the aging view — only those actually awaiting action age. If there are no alive queries, the panel says so plainly: there is nothing to age.
Who sees the report
Section titled “Who sees the report”The report shows exactly what is available to you by your permissions: the figures are aggregated within your scope, and following a tile still hits the PBAC of the target zone. A monitor limited to their own sites will see metrics for those sites only; a study coordinator sees the whole study.
